Through color, movement, pattern, and light, subtle aspects of your energy and expression are reflected visually in real time.
This approach is inspired by the understanding that all living systems emit measurable light, sometimes referred to in science as biophotons — ultra-weak light naturally produced by living cells.
Much like fluorescence revealed under UV photography, certain qualities become more visible through contrast and observation. Black paper is used because it reflects the luminous way these patterns are naturally perceived.
Some systems appear more coherent. Some more scattered.
The light is always present.
What is observed is translated into visual form through intuitive pattern recognition, color, and layered expression.
What may be difficult to describe internally becomes something you can see.

Rapid Energy Recalibration is a 1:1 session designed to identify underlying patterns contributing to stress, confusion, overthinking, hesitation, feeling stuck or out of sorts.
I don’t just hear what’s said. I see the pattern behind the words as they’re forming. Energy, emotion, and intention revealing themselves as color, pattern, and movement in real time.
Say the thing you’ve been telling yourself out loud and I’ll show you where your energy splits or collapses.
Your system begins to reorganize the moment the pattern is seen.
Nothing changes until the pattern does.
Rather than revisiting old stories, we focus on recognizing the underlying interference, releasing what’s there, recalibrating the system, and restoring greater clarity, coherence, and alignment.

A few things about me…
After going through very serious medical issues resulting in a 9 hour brain surgery, I began to see and hear Angels. They began to guide me towards my own healing and also towards my life purpose of seeing energy and how to use it in service to others.
After retiring from being a Registered Nurse, A Five Element Acupuncturist and 25 plus years as a Holistic Health practitioner, I reclaimed the gift I had always had – to see and work with energy and light. Stepping into the most authentic expression of my true self, I now guide people like you to do the same – to empower yourself from the inside out.
